In the previous article I explained a details plan how you can travel in Sajek. If you haven’t read that yet, go read it first. Now I will begin from the next part of this series where we will start from the Cox’s Bazar.
Day 1 Plan: If your bus starts at 10:30 PM from Matiranga bus counter, you will reach at Kolatoli, Cox’s Bazar at around 6:00 to 6:30 AM. This first thing you should do after arrival here, is to buy the return ticket from Cox’s Bazar. We are planning to stay one night in Cox’s Bazar. So buy ticket of the next day (night coach). If you are from other country and want to return home directly from Cox’s Bazar, don’t worry. There is an international airport at Cox’s Bazar. You can book an air ticket and fly from here.

Next, go check-in to a hotel. Hotel in Cox’s Bazar is so cheap. Within 1500 taka you can book an AC room for 2 person. So per person cost will be 750 taka. Also you can stay at a much cheaper price with a Non-AC room. Then go to a restaurant and have your breakfast. It will cost you around 50 taka. Now you are all set to go to the sea beach. The most popular sea beach in the Cox’s Bazar are Kolatoli Sea Beach, Sugondha Sea Beach and Laboni Sea Beach which is nearby Kolatoli Bus Stand. Also there are some other sea beaches like Inani, Mermaid and Sayeman Beach which is at a distance of a little journey. For the first day you can swim in the sea beach, rent a jet ski or an atv bike and enjoy the day. At the evening you can walk around the Burmese market and take some souvenir from there. For lunch try some local fish and curry. Some famous food item is Loitta fish fry, Coral fish curry, Pomfret fish curry and the special Beef Kala Vuna. Try to have some of them in the lunch. But for the dinner go to any of the sea beach and eat some sea food. You will enjoy it. For these 2 meal you might spent up to 500 taka (depends on what you are ordering). Finally go to your hotel room and rest for the night.

Day 2 Plan: For the day 2, wake up early in the morning and go the sea beach. Enjoy the sun rise. After that have your breakfast, it will cost the same price. After that you can go to the sea beach and swim for the last time. Check out before 12:00 PM so you don’t have to pay for the next day. But you can keep your backpack at the hotel locker. Every hotel give this service for free of cost. Next, go the Kolatoli point and there you can find tourist bus. Jump in and aim for the Patuartek Sea Beach. Bus fare is only 100 taka (by the time I am writing this). This sea beach has some extra beauty. In one side there is the open sea and the in the other side there is green hills. You can spend a great time here. But before the evening take a CNG Autorickshaw or local rickshaw and come to Himchori. It may cost you around 120 taka. Sea the sunset from Himchari hills. Ticket price is only 30 taka. Spend some times here and then come back to Kolatoli Bus Stand. Your lunch and dinner cost is the same as before, around 500 taka. This was the end of your 4 days 5 night tour.
